Job Overview
At Beli, individual team members operate with a high degree of ownership and impact. As a Product Design Intern, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of Beli’s iOS and Android applications. You will research, design, prototype, and iterate on features that drive user growth, engagement, and retention. Working closely with the CEO, CTO, and software engineers, you will help create intuitive and visually compelling experiences that make restaurant discovery seamless and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and data-driven design evaluations to inform feature prioritization.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity Figma prototypes to communicate design solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design specifications.
  • Develop and refine Beli’s design system to maintain consistency across the platform.
  • Participate in usability testing, synthesize findings, and iterate on designs based on feedback.
  • Assist in defining and tracking success metrics for design improvements through A/B testing and user engagement analysis.
  • Support the team by identifying and resolving UX/UI issues in existing features.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Figma or similar design tools for wireframing and prototyping.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, visual design, and interaction design.
  • High user empathy and passion for crafting exceptional digital experiences.
  • Strong graphic design skills, including the ability to create custom illustrations and visual assets.
  • Coursework or experience in human-computer interaction (HCI), psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity.
