The role requires qualified legal expertise, strong financial services or fintech experience, and familiarity with digital-asset regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities
- Act as primary legal counsel for designated product verticals (at least two), providing end-to-end legal support from product development through to launch and ongoing governance.
- Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of product documentation, user terms, and commercial agreements to regulated-grade standards.
- Provide clear, business-oriented legal advice on product structuring, innovation, and regulatory considerations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with product managers, business leads, compliance, and risk teams to anticipate legal issues throughout the product lifecycle.
- Enhance the quality and consistency of legal documentation, ensuring enforceability and alignment with best practices in global financial markets.
- Support global and regional legal projects, including responding to legal and regulatory developments.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing and mentorship within the Product Legal team, helping to build resilience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials, admitted in a leading common law or civil law jurisdiction.
- 6-10 years’ post-qualification experience in financial services, technology, or a top-tier law firm, with a focus on margin lending, derivatives, trading, structured products, or fintech/crypto.
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting and negotiating complex financial or technology product terms and user-facing documentation.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to digital assets (experience with ADGM/FSRA, ESMA, FCA, MAS, or equivalent regulators is a strong advantage).Commercial mindset with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (especially relevant to APAC or Middle East) are a plus to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality work.
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures, with strong collaboration skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to operate with a high degree of independence.
