Dropbox is reimagining how people work through simple, secure, AI-powered solutions. As the Product & Brand Communications Lead on the Global External Communications Team, you’ll lead a talented team dedicated to telling our product story to the world — that we are more than just the cloud storage solution people know us for — and championing our brand positioning externally. As a hands-on leader, you will set the strategic direction for our external product storytelling, working closely with cross-functional partners and senior leadership to ensure our messaging is compelling, consistent, and impactful; translating complex features into human-centric stories and repositioning Dropbox from a file storage service to an intelligent platform that helps users organize, collaborate, and act on all their cloud content. You’ll also be a steward of our brand—helping ensure all external touch points reinforce our positioning as the thoughtful, reliable, and human choice in a complex digital world.
