We are seeking a data-driven Product Analytics Manager to join our team and take product analytics to the next level here at Lendbuzz. In this role, you will lead a team of senior and mid level product analysts that drive strategy and decisioning throughout the product lifecycle. Your focus will be analyzing the loan lifecycle looking for opportunities to improve conversion, efficiency, and customer happiness all along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build out a team of high-performing analysts that provides the product teams with monitoring support, strategic insights for roadmaps, and prioritization clarity
- Partner with data engineering leadership to create mature foundations that enables analytics to scale with rapid growth
- Own analytics for our loan origination process driving actionable insights across Credit Verifications, AI Verifications, Fraud, and Loan Servicing
- Develop metrics frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor and improve all aspects of the product lifecycle
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering to define and measure success across automation initiatives and platform enhancements
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and improved decision accuracy
- Work with AI/ML teams to validate model performance and guide data-driven prioritization
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing efforts to validate product improvements and changes
- Mentor and collaborate with other analysts and product team members to build a culture of data-driven decision making
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related field, with a strong foundation in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau)
- 2+ year managing senior and junior analysts
- Strong leader that understands the value of mentoring and growing skillsets within their team
- Experience supporting product teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations
- Demonstrated success using analytics to drive product or operational improvements
- Familiarity with credit, underwriting, or verification workflows is a strong plus
- Comfort working with ambiguous problems and a track record of leading cross-functional projects with measurable business impact
