In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product's lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.
Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. As part of the Cloud Business Group team you are expected to lead software product development and collaborate with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and end-users. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards while building meaningful client connections and navigating ambiguity. You are also responsible for utilizing and applying project knowledge of IT implementation, exploring new technologies, and managing product teams to deliver top-quality work.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college.

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
