This role supports the TransUnion Indirect Consumer Solutions product team which provides credit monitoring and identity protection products for our partners and customers who serve consumers with these and related products in the U.S.With a detailed focus on product monitoring and analysis, this role will provide the opportunity to thrive as a key Product Analyst on the Indirect Consumer Product team and is responsible for supporting team members by monitoring the health of a suite of online products, auditing findings for trends and anomalies and assisting with developing and managing actions required as a result of findings from the analysis. This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across Product Management, Technology, Analytics, Operations and Legal and Compliance teams. The Product Analyst will have the opportunity to monitor and validate production data to ensure systems are functioning as intended, create reports and processes that improve the organization’s ability to understand how products are working and inform ways to enhance technical needs and user experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor system health of online product and capabilities through databases and web tools
- Conduct comprehensive product analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues related to product performance
- Investigate anomalies in a self-directed manner to identify root-causes
- Diagnose product problems and develop effective, data-driven solutions through analysis
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights
- Mine and analyze data through available internal data sources, dashboards, databases and business tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to support product initiatives
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner through written and verbal communication

What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business or other related degree
- 2+ years’ experience in a related work field
- Ability to analyze moderate to complex data using logic and quantitative reasoning
- Familiarity monitoring and working with data collection software
- Ability to work with technical counterparts and translate technical and functional data into layman's terms
- Analyze data, quality check and test results to ensure data is accurately represented in reports and dashboards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and act decisively in fast paced, frequently changing environment
- Show a proven ability to work independently, manage simultaneous assignments and effectively prioritize workload with competing priorities
- Provide reporting expertise, support, and insight to Management, and department end users
- Proficiency with data management, BI tools, data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau and Excel)
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in the credit reporting, financial services or Identity Protection industry is preferred.
- Knowledge or experience working with SAFe/Agile/Scrum work environment
