The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing a high-volume studio producing creative on behalf of multiple brands and retail partners. He/She is adept at building and leading production teams comprised of both freelance and full-time employees, balancing the needs of a high functioning team, budget, and creative deliverable. Candidate should have an appreciation of brand management, possess strong communication, project and time management skills, and have a proven ability to work collaboratively with others — in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Act as lead producer on photo and video production, owning all processes including but not limited to: managing the photo studio calendar, creating budget estimates, researching and booking talent [i.e, photographers, models, stylists, and HMU), managing shot lists/call sheets, and other tasks as needed
- Work closely with Styling Merchandising Coordinator and Sample Coordinators to ensure necessary product is on-set
- Own budget management and studio insights: processing/coding invoices, ensure timely payment to vendors, conduct analysis of spend between brands and styles
- Serve as the point of contact for photo services requests; lead communication and coordination to ensure productions are scheduled on time, on budget, and on brand
- Maintain accurate reporting of casting across retailers and brands
- Manage the Run of Day to ensure production are on schedule
- Explore expansion of GenAI capabilities within our creative workflow
- Partner with Manager, Digital Assets and Art Director to meet post-production deadlines
- Actively source new talent for the studio: Photographers, Stylists, H/MU and Models
