The Producer, Studio Services oversees FAM Brands in-house photo studio and is responsible for the team(s) producing our creative (i.e., stills/on-figure photography, PDP video, and GenAI creative) used in e-commerce, packaging, and marketing.  Day-to-day, this role has 360-responsibility for planning, coordinating, and executing creative production from request through final delivery of assets with the support of both in-house and freelance talent. Depending upon the season, the Producer is managing 5 - 15 productions in various stages of workflow at one time.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing a high-volume studio producing creative on behalf of multiple brands and retail partners.  He/She is adept at building and leading production teams comprised of both freelance and full-time employees, balancing the needs of a high functioning team, budget, and creative deliverable. Candidate should have an appreciation of brand management, possess strong communication, project and time management skills, and have a proven ability to work collaboratively with others — in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
This position reports directly to the VP, Marketing and Creative Services and collaborates closely with cross-functional team members across the organization including Sales, Design, Licensing, and Creative Services.
 
This is an on-site position, 5 days/week. You must be able to work at both our 5553 Bandini Blvd, Bell, CA 90201 location AND our new 9242 Beverley Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 location when we relocated in Q1 of 2026.
 
Some of what you will do…
  • Act as lead producer on photo and video production, owning all processes including but not limited to: managing the photo studio calendar, creating budget estimates, researching and booking talent [i.e, photographers, models, stylists, and HMU), managing shot lists/call sheets, and other tasks as needed
  • Work closely with Styling Merchandising Coordinator and Sample Coordinators to ensure necessary product is on-set 
  • Own budget management and studio insights: processing/coding invoices, ensure timely payment to vendors, conduct analysis of spend between brands and styles
  • Serve as the point of contact for photo services requests; lead communication and coordination to ensure productions are scheduled on time, on budget, and on brand
  • Maintain accurate reporting of casting across retailers and brands
  • Manage the Run of Day to ensure production are on schedule
  • Explore expansion of GenAI capabilities within our creative workflow
  • Partner with Manager, Digital Assets and Art Director to meet post-production deadlines
  • Actively source new talent for the studio: Photographers, Stylists, H/MU and Models

At FAM Brands, we are committed to fair and transparent compensation. Salary ranges for positions are based on job level, location, and market data. We offer competitive benefits and are dedicated to equal pay for equal work. Specific salary offers depend on each candidate’s qualifications and experience. FAM Brands also offers all employees participation in our annual bonus program (Non-Sales) or commission program (Sales).
