We are looking for a Procurement Operations Manager to join our procurement team. This candidate would be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the procure-to-pay process within Coupa to ensure efficient and effective execution of purchasing activities to support organizational objectives and align with the strategic direction set by the Vice President of Procurement.  The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations, driving cost efficiencies, and supporting strategic procurement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the end-to-end process procurement cycle, including supplier onboarding, Purchase Request approval, Purchase Order issuance and invoicing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with procurement department and company policies.
    • Collaborate with the Vice President of Procurement and Financial Systems Team to implement and maintain efficient workflows for procurement activities and resolve any system-related issues.
    • Review and approve PRs and POs within delegated authority, escalating as necessary for further approval.
  • Process Optimization and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement transactions.
    • Generate regular and ad-hoc procurement reports, including metrics on spend, cycle times, and compliance.
    • Provide actionable data driven insights and recommendations for workflow efficiencies to include automation of repetitive tasks, to the VP of Procurement based on data analysis and trends.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on procurement performance, including KPIs, savings and risk management.
    • Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for procurement activities.
  • Coupa System Management
    • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Coupa platform, including configuration, troubleshooting and user training.
    • Optimize Coupa workflows to streamline procurement processes and enhance user experience.
    • Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to implement system updates, integrations and new features.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
    • Parter with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to align procurement strategies with business goals. 
    • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on procurement policies and Coupa usage.
    • Act as a point of escalation for procurement-related inquiries and challenges. 

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement operations or supply chain management, with at least 2 years working with Coupa.
  • Proficient in using and configuring the Coupa platform.
  • Team leadership experience is a plus
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and external partners.

Where:  Remote, US
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is between $100,000 - $120,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
