OVERVIEW

The Store Development Department is looking for a passionate, attentive, and organized individual to join the Alo team. The Procurement/Finance Coordinator will provide support maintaining the workflow of department needs through understanding priorities and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to self-navigate issues to bring forward suggestions for problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase orders (POs) and vendor invoices, ensuring timely submissions and processing in Coupa (Spend Management Software)
  • Coordinate and submit final closeout packages required for Tenant Allowances
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries
  • Assist the Construction Finance Manager with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial audits
  • Assisting with development of new fixtures/elements from concept to store implementation
  • Responsible for sourcing and RFP kickoffs and data management
  • Organize and track vendor samples
  • Routing all store development requests and shop drawings through to completion
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners to complete tasks efficiently
  • Responsible for new vendor setup process
  • Taking clear meeting notes for tracking deliverables
  • Coordinate shipments and receiving with warehouse, vendors, and stores
  • Coordinating ad-hoc requests as needed

Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 1- 2 years’ experience with procurement and/or finance functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge in Smartsheet a plus
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of production workflow and timelines
  • Able to work independently and be a self-starter
  • React quickly to changes while adhering to calendar deadlines
  • Communicating effectively to manage expectations at all times

The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 per year, which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
