Department Overview
Product Sourcing & Supply Intelligence (PSSI) team focuses on securing the best components and materials during new product development, ensuring supply resiliency and best cost at launch.
Job Description

The Procurement Analyst supports the PSSI team by managing critical component data and streamlining department operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate database records, tracking supplier information, and coordinating communications between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring efficient operation and contributing to the overall success of the PSSI processes. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized and proactive individual with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management and Analysis:

  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports for the PSSI team, including component part lifecycle, supply risks, where-use, and COO..etc.

  • Manage database including getting supplier responses for updated part lifecycle information, compiling response and work with IT and relevant departments for database updates.

  • Prepare, format, and edit various documents, reports, and presentations

  • Ensure all PSSI documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible.

Operational Support:

  • Coordinate engineering sample requests and parts distribution to respective program build coordinators.

  • Act as a liaison between PSSI and other internal departments, and external suppliers.

  • Draft and send professional communications as directed.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and take minutes.

  • Arrange meeting and event logistics, including room setup and catering when required.

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the department.


Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Data Science or a similar business field.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative role, as a business analyst, or with procurement or supply chain experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels.

  • Advanced Google Sheets, Google Slides and Tableau.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
