About the Role:

Care.com is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support our growing company's needs. The successful candidate will be a team player who possesses strong organizational and communication skills, enjoys supporting sourcing activities, and is motivated to drive cost efficiencies and value for the company.

Work Location/Environment: Dallas, Texas | Hybrid in-office (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) 

What You'll be Working on:

  • Support procurement activities across the company to help Care.com achieve favorable business terms
  • Assist in supplier communications, price discussions, and RFP support activities
  • Partner with functional groups such as Legal, Contracts, Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, and others
  • Track project timelines, contract renewals, and upcoming procurement actions to ensure timely execution
  • Analyze spend data to help identify opportunities for cost savings and vendor performance improvements
  • Assist the FP&A team in tracking spending metrics and managing budgets
  • Support the development and documentation of purchasing policies, guidelines, and controls
  • Help maintain and improve sourcing and procurement processes for greater efficiency
    Contribute to vendor onboarding and contract management processes
  • Provide training support to employees on procurement systems and procedures
    Assist with the development of procurement strategies and procedures
  • Support process and policy updates
  • Help ensure financial and procurement compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Prepare reports and correspondence for upper management regarding vendor performance.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 1–2 years of experience supporting Technology procurement (Software, SaaS, Hardware, Cloud Computing, etc.) or a related sourcing role
  • 1–2 years of experience reviewing commercial contract terms (preferred but not required)
  • Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and contributing to continuous process improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field

Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000.
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of IAC’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, IAC provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
