All aspects of the role should be performed in accordance with best practices and Firm policies and procedures.

The estimated base pay range for this role is $80,000 to $108,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.

Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Technology Partner, the Procurement Analyst will be responsible for proactively overseeing and negotiating new contracts and renewals and vendor management processes. All aspects of the role should be performed in accordance with best practices and Firm policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Ensures contracts are being written, approved, and retained within Wipfli's guidelines.
- Ensures new and renewing vendors are meeting the vendor due diligence guidelines.
- Coordinates vendor reviews and the timely renewal of contracts.
- Provides process guidance on contract negotiation.
- Closely coordinates with and reports to I3T, Finance, and Legal leadership on the status of supply chain activities.
- Monitors key procurement and vendor management metrics.
- Maintains key relationships with critical department leaders and facilitates effective communication and expectation setting with vendors.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 7+ years of experience working in information technology, preferably with 3+ years leading contract negotiation and administration.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Offers great attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
- Experienced in leading and collaborating with virtual teams.
- Ability to create and present information in an understandable manner for all stakeholders.
- Has proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
