About the Role

We are looking for a detail oriented Procurement Analyst to support purchasing, supplier coordination, and supply chain data accuracy across our hardware programs. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, strong in Excel, comfortable working with data, and excited to build experience in a fast moving aerospace and defense manufacturing environment.

You will help issue purchase orders, collect supplier quotes, track open orders, maintain accurate supplier and pricing data, and build reports that help the team make better purchasing and planning decisions. You will work closely with engineering, production, finance, and operations to help ensure materials are available when needed.

What you need

  • 1+ plus years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, operations, data analysis, or a similar role
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data cleanup, and reporting
  • High attention to detail and strong follow through
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across engineering, production, finance, and suppliers
  • Comfort working in a fast paced startup building hardware for Aerospace and Defense related projects]
  • U.S citizen or GC/EAD

Nice to have

  • Technical/Engineering background
    Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, Epicor, or similar
  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, hardware, or another complex product environment
  • Familiarity with purchase orders, supplier quotes, lead times, inventory data, and basic procurement workflows
  • Exposure to BOMs, PLM systems, or engineering driven product development
  • Awareness of AS9100, ITAR/EAR, or regulated manufacturing environments
