Bullhorn is looking for a Procurement Administrator to join our Enterprise Technology (IT) team. 

As a Procurement Administrator, you will work with Bullhorn's internal technology leadership team to provide world class procurement, SaaS management, and vendor management services. This position will have responsibility assisting requisitions, issuing purchase orders, resolving invoice issues, managing the procurement lifecycle, recommending improvements to processes, and assisting in vendor negotiations. In addition, this position will work with vendors to establish communication with key stakeholders and will be a key member of Bullhorn’s procurement team.

A typical day might include:

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Leading operational deliverables for the procurement and vendor lifecycle management program.

  • Implementing and enhancing the onboarding and renewal processes to ensure smooth integration and alignment with company goals.

  • Analyzing industry and demand trends with a focus on the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.

  • Conducting vendor and spend analysis, seeking out redundancies and executing on cost savings opportunities.

  • Reviewing contract terms and conditions, vendor negotiation, and risk management assessments.

  • Maintenance of vendor data for all purchasing activities, contracts, and procurement documentation.

This role may be a fit for you if:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • You have INCREDIBLE customer service skills.

  • You have an understanding of basic accounting principles and analysis.

  • You have the ability to act independently and can interface with customers and suppliers via strong written and verbal communications skills.

  • You can self-manage multiple priorities and operational activities in a complex environment.

  • You can conduct market research to identify new suppliers and assess current market conditions, trends, and risks.

  • You can effectively lead or support formal strategic sourcing efforts related to software and cloud as primary accountability.

Bonus points for:

  • SaaS systems administration experience (Coupa, Productiv, Torii, Zylo, etc…).

  • Project management experience.

  • Process improvement / application integration experience.

  • Experience with vendors such as Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Google, and/or Salesforce.
