The Process Engineer is responsible for analyzing processes, identifying deficiencies, supporting root cause analysis, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Quickly learn new processes and identify process deficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Review and analyze large volumes of data quickly and accurately, and present in a transparent manner
- Review standard process documentation and ensure operational compliance.
- Communicate both written and verbal to senior leadership
- Review process and available data to support root cause analysis (RCA) and development of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with quality management system (QMS)
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge/ certification
- Bachelor's degree in engineering specialty and 3 years relevant experience or 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting
- Proficient in reading SOP, SOW, SDS, etc.
- Knowledge of ISO9001standards
