Outcomes and Activities:
- Document current and future state process flows
- Conduct research and interviews needed to shape and validate improvement recommendations.
- Participate in improvement projects ensuring project participants understand the process modifications needed.
- Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results.
- Author and review supporting documentation including job aids and communications.
- Learn the process domain to better support the business.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or closely related field of study
- Experience working in a team environment.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a process improvement or process analyst role
- Prior experience with IT methodologies and processes
Knowledge and Skills:
- Show initiative and the desire to learn new tools and skills
- Be introspective and open to feedback to continuously improve; prioritize personal development and identify potential barriers
- Show emerging critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate technical information (both verbal and written)
