All About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Pro Sales Specialist to help drive sales growth and strengthen relationships within the renovation, MRO, and new construction segments of the appliance industry. This role supports large accounts, assists with product selection, and collaborates closely with sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. As a key brand representative, you’ll also engage with industry professionals at trade shows and stay ahead of market trends to help position our products competitively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales reps on customer visits to understand needs and provide technical and product selection support.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Support large pro customers post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote products and connect with potential customers.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our brand and solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer journey and contribute to overall sales strategy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or merchandising
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to travel up to 75% and a strong interest in building deep product knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience in appliance or durable goods industry

The anticipated salary range for candidates is $65,000.00 to $81,000.00 per year. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors including experience, skills, and education. Full-time employees are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, our company’s 401k plan, paid parental leave after 12 months of continuous service, vacation days, and paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Electrolux will comply with all state and local laws regarding employment leave benefits.
