This internship involves sourcing and evaluating acquisition targets, conducting market analysis, building financial models, and supporting due diligence for a private equity fund.
About Us
We're on a mission to transform the $60bn tire industry — reimagining how it's delivered and experienced. A pioneer in automotive e-commerce, over the past four years since our acquisition, we've grown more than 10x, and we're continuing to scale aggressively through a buy-and-build strategy.
About the Role
This is a private equity / search fund internship focused on sourcing and evaluating acquisition targets to support our roll-up strategy. You'll work directly with senior leadership on the full deal lifecycle — from market mapping and target identification through outreach, diligence, and deal structuring. You'll own real work that directly shapes how we grow. Strong performers have the opportunity to convert to a full-time role in acquisitions, integrations, or executive operating positions within our portfolio.
