The role focuses on optimizing print partner network performance, managing vendor relationships, and leading operational initiatives while ensuring adherence to quality and fulfillment SLAs.
Jiffy is looking for a Print Partner Operations Manager to run and optimize our nationwide printer network. This role is all about driving performance across our print partners — making sure they consistently hit quality, speed, and fulfillment targets, and stepping in quickly when things go off track. You’ll lead key network initiatives, manage escalations, and be the primary contact for our strategic partners. We need someone who can balance the details (like printer utilization and cost negotiations) with big-picture thinking to help scale and strengthen our print network as we grow.
This role sits on the Operations team and reports to the Sr. Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure print partners meet SLAs across quality, speed, and fulfillment; develop corrective actions for underperformance and proactively resolve operational issues.
- Monitor printer utilization, optimize load balancing, and adjust configurations to improve throughput and responsiveness.
- Execute high-impact network initiatives such as quality improvement programs, consumables standardization, and new carrier rollouts.
- Serve as the primary liaison for strategic partner communications; manage escalations, host regular feedback loops (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews), and maintain up-to-date documentation.
- Coach and mentor the team to deliver excellent printer support, embed quality KPIs, and drive accountability across the network.
- Own printer-side COGS; negotiate pricing aligned to business goals and clearly communicate the value of partnership with Jiffy.
- Partner with Customer Service, Marketing, Creative, Product, and Engineering to improve processes, inform messaging, and enhance the printer and customer experience.
- Identify bugs, propose enhancements, and support tooling development for printer management, claims, admin systems, and assignment logic.
- Stay current on print industry trends and technologies; turn partner and customer feedback into actionable insights for product and network strategy.
