The Print Coordination Specialist monitors document requests, manages printing tasks, organizes printed materials, and ensures quality and confidentiality in document handling.
EWORD Solutions, a Rapid Care Group company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized team member to support document printing and processing needs. This role will be responsible for monitoring incoming requests, printing documents, organizing materials for document preparation, and helping ensure timely handling of high-volume workflow needs. At this time, the role is expected to support substantial printing volume.

- Monitor and manage the dedicated email inbox for incoming document-related requests
- Print documents accurately and in a timely manner, including transcription, document preparation, and filing-related materials
- Organize printed materials for internal processing and next-step handling
- Track and prioritize printing requests based on deadlines and workflow needs
- Maintain document order, quality, and confidentiality throughout the printing and handling process
- Communicate with internal team members regarding request status, priorities, and any issues or questions
- Assist with basic administrative support related to document workflow and distribution
- Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency in printing and document handling processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks accurately
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple requests efficiently
- Comfortable working from a shared email inbox and handling document-based workflows
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Basic administrative and office support experience preferred
- Experience with printing, scanning, document preparation, or records handling preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents appropriately
- Familiarity with document management processes
- Comfort working in a fast-paced administrative environment
- Strong reliability and consistency in completing assigned tasks
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with a broader team
