What are we looking for?

We're seeking a deep technical Principle Technical Program Manager to support our Strategic Programs office within the Product & Technology organization. This individual can be based remotely in the US and will report directly to our Sr. Director of Strategic Programs & Delivery.

What will you do? 
  • Selectively lead key large cross-product programs, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Follow the Program Operating Model to drive the delivery instilling a sense of ownership and predictability within the broader Product & Technology teams.  
  • Evaluate and, where needed, suggest processes that anticipate, identify, and mitigate potential issues. Coach teams on risk, dependency, and stakeholder management practices.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, breaking down silos and encouraging open communication between teams.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our organization is prepared for scale.  
  • Regularly review and redefine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of projects.
  • Develop and deliver Jira & Atlassian Analytics dashboards
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
  • 10+ years of progressive experience working in enterprise software, preferably in the security industry. 
  • 7+ years of experience in Jira, Jira Dashboards, and BI/Analytics Tools (JQL, SQL)
  • You're not just technically adept; you understand the business side of things, ensuring a holistic approach.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a former software developer
  • The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, driving requirements and projects with global, diverse teams.
  • A knack for relationship-building, excelling at interfacing with various organizational levels, and developing partnerships.
  • Expertise in managing diverse stakeholder expectations, with a proven track record of making informed decisions and standing firm when necessary to drive project success.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with risk management processes and strategies, ensuring projects proceed smoothly.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adept at utilizing data and metrics to inform decisions, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.

Base Salary Range
$208,000$280,000 USD
