You will collaborate with leadership and teams to define strategies, facilitate planning, and oversee the execution of key projects that impact millions of users. As a Principal Technical Program Manager, You Will Get To:
Lead and execute strategic, cross-functional technical programs from conception to delivery.
Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-disciplinary teams to define and deliver impactful products and services.
Translate product requirements into technical specifications, acting as a bridge between product, engineering, and design.
Identify and mitigate risks, and recommend system architecture and design approaches.
Drive process improvements and foster collaboration across teams for greater efficiency and alignment.
Develop and communicate strategic technical visions, driving innovation and supporting company goals.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and business impact.
Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and resolve complex challenges.
8+ years of technical program management experience, including leading large-scale, cross-functional projects.
4+ years of hands-on experience building software solutions with current industry-standard technologies.
Strong technical skills with the ability to translate requirements into actionable plans.
Proven ability to identify risks, recommend solutions, and drive consensus among diverse teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working closely with Product Managers and Software Development Managers.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results on time.
