This ground-breaking new internet layer opens up previously unimaginable possibilities for payments, commerce and markets that can help raise global economic prosperity and enhance inclusion. Our infrastructure - including USDC, a blockchain-based dollar - helps businesses, institutions and developers harness these breakthroughs and capitalize on this major turning point in the evolution of money and technology.

  • Operationalize developer engagement strategies that foster education, integration, and retention across the broader developer ecosystem, in collaboration with DevRel and Community teams
  • Partner with Legal, Treasury, MarOps, and Product to ensure all programs are efficiently executed and compliant, with well-documented intake, evaluation, and reporting processes
  • Lead technical campaigns that showcase developer success, ecosystem milestones, and product adoption - partnering with Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen
  • Define and manage program performance metrics that guide continuous improvement and stakeholder reporting
  • Collaborate with the Alliance team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure Arc first-party programming aligns with broader ecosystem and Arc go-to-market initiatives

What you'll bring to Circle
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, developer ecosystem operations, or technical marketing
  • Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact developer-facing programs from concept to scale
  • Demonstrated experience with incentive-driven initiatives such as grants, bounties, or rewards
  • Deep expertise in operational execution and process design, including cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Compliance
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders with clarity and accountability
  • Passion for the developer journey and community-building; excited to support long-term engagement

Preferred Requirements
  • Background in blockchain, Web3, or developer platform ecosystems
  • Familiarity with the dynamics of community growth (ambassadors, tiered incentives, meetups)
  • Experience launching programs in support of a new blockchain or protocol
  • Proficiency with program and workflow tools like; Notion, or Asana

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
