The Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Solutions Architect with strong Salesforce and Net Zero Cloud expertise to join our growing digital team.

In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and sustainability projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll partner with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into effective, scalable Salesforce-based solutions that support measurable sustainability outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead Salesforce Net Zero Cloud implementation projects from discovery to post-launch optimization.
  • Define project scope, goals, and success criteria in alignment with client sustainability objectives.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and translate business needs into actionable project plans.
  • Oversee delivery teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and alignment with ERM’s methodologies.
  • Ensure projects adhere to security, scalability, and performance best practices throughout the lifecycle.
  • Technical and Delivery Excellence
  • Coordinate with technical consultants to design and deliver Salesforce configurations and integrations.
  • Ensure solutions meet client requirements for carbon accounting, emissions tracking, and ESG reporting.
  • Apply strong data governance, privacy, and security standards across all projects.
  • Stay current with Salesforce innovations and sustainability trends to continuously improve delivery quality.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations across project phases.
  • Conduct project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement sessions to maximize client success.
  • Business Development & Leadership
  • Support pre-sales activities such as proposal development, project scoping, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define digital project strategies and client roadmaps.
  • Mentor junior consultants and promote delivery excellence and professional growth within the team.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6-8+ years of experience managing digital transformation or system implementation projects, ideally within consulting or technology environments.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce (Net Zero Cloud, Agentforce, Data 360, CRM Analytics) with a solid understanding of configuration, workflows, and integrations.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A passion for sustainability, carbon accounting, and ESG reporting

For the Principal Technical Consultant, Lead Architect, Salesforce Solutions​ position, the anticipated annual base pay is $148,000 –$180,000 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible). 

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, parental leave, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, AD&D insurance, 401(k) or RRSP/DPSP, and other applicable benefits to eligible employees. 

Note: Bonuses, commissions, and other forms of additional compensation are not guaranteed and subject to the sole discretion of ERM and its policies and procedures.
