Summary:
The Principal, Solution Architect is responsible for developing client data solutions and strategy, configuring and installing systems, analyzing structural requirements for migrating from old legacy systems and designing conceptual and logical models. Each client will have one lead architect that designs solutions for a designated client.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for creating the overall technical vision and solution for an assigned Xpanse Client.
Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their execution.
Collaborate with the Client Operations team to provide recommendations, stories, processes and monitor progress of project initiatives.
Performing design, debug and performance analysis on client solution infrastructure providing detailed specifications for proposed solution.
Regularly communicate new features, benefits and interests of ROI for the client with the Client Relationship team.
Provide technical leadership to the client as well as the Client Delivery team through the project/product lifecycle.
Account for possible project challenges constraints including risks, time, resources and scope.
Lead brainstorming sessions as well as work with product & delivery teams to develop scalable solutions.
Act as a communication bridge between IT and businesses operation roles to ensure everyone is aligned in developing and implementing technical solutions specific to the client.
Review and validate solution design and execution.
Prepare and document testing requirements & necessary proof of concept opportunities (POC).
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position is an individual contributor will no direct reports.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
Requires mastery job knowledge obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
BSc/BA; Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
Eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in data or software architectural design, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or Data Ops.
Eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in project & resource management.
Eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in risk identification, risk management & in-depth analysis (big data analytics).
Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
Mastery knowledge of multiple data related processes and technologies.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Hold an active SnowPro, AWS, Azure, ITIL, GCP or relatable certification.
