About STRATIVIS

STRATIVIS is a boutique HR consultancy and search firm partnering with high-growth companies to build exceptional teams. We combine executive search, talent advisory, and fractional HR leadership to help scaling organizations hire smarter and faster. We move quickly, stay honest, and never lose sight of the details that matter.

We’re expanding our Talent Delivery team with professionals who want more freedom, flexibility, and earning potential and who thrive in a results-driven, entrepreneurial environment.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Full Desk Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential and a high degree of autonomy. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle — from business development and client relationship management to candidate sourcing, presentation, and placement.

You’ll have access to STRATIVIS’s brand, tech stack and operational support, but you’ll operate with the independence of running your own desk. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves recruiting, builds strong relationships, and wants to directly control their income and schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full desk: Develop client relationships, manage searches, and deliver high-quality candidates end-to-end.

  • Build business: Source and engage new client opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking.

  • Deliver excellence: Manage the full candidate experience, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement.

  • Partner strategically: Collaborate with STRATIVIS leadership to align on client priorities, go-to-market efforts, and brand representation.

  • Operate autonomously: Manage your pipeline and workload to achieve consistent placements and income growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an agency or search environment.

  • Proven success running a full desk — sourcing, developing clients, and closing placements.

  • Strong business development instincts and confidence engaging executive-level clients.

  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

  • Comfort working independently in a remote, performance-driven environment.

  • Intrinsically motivated individual who is driven to succeed

  • Compensation & Structure

  • 100% commission-based role with industry-leading payout percentages.

  • Uncapped earning potential — the more you close, the more you earn.

  • Flexible, fully remote work environment.

  • Access to shared tools and brand support (ATS/ CRM, marketing assets, contracts, etc.).

Why Join STRATIVIS

  • Work with a boutique firm that values high quality, transparency, collaboration, and integrity.

  • Build your business with the backing of an established brand and operational support.

  • Be part of a nimble, high-energy team, building something meaningful from the ground up.

  • Work alongside people who breathe excellence, push boundaries, and know how to have a lot of fun doing it.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
