What you’ll do:

  • Lead Polly’s most complex and strategic SaaS implementation projects from scoping through post-go-live stabilization.
  • Set the strategic vision for implementation excellence; develop frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that scale with the business.
  • Act as a senior advisor to enterprise customers, executive stakeholders, and internal leaders to drive successful delivery and adoption.
  • Anticipate business needs and risks, creating mitigation and contingency plans that ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and coach project managers across levels, contributing to talent development and overall team performance.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to represent customer needs and implementation insights in roadmap planning.

What you have:

  • 10+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-level SaaS projects, with a track record of delivering customer value.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional settings and the ability to manage executive-level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS implementation practices, including change management and enterprise onboarding strategies.
  • Experience in mortgage technology, financial services, or B2B SaaS platforms.
  • PMP or equivalent advanced certifications; Agile or Lean certification a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Recruiting Screen - 30 minute 1:1 with a Polly Talent Team Member
  • Initial Team Round - 30 minute 1:1 with Polly’s Director, Professional Services
  • Assessment - Take Home Assessment + Assessment Presentation
  • Post Assessment Rounds [5]- 30 to 45 minute Peer, Cross Functional Team Members, and Executive Rounds
