Overview
You will harness technical expertise to strengthen the People Team's programmes and solutions, ensuring Atlassians receive an outstanding employee experience. You will collaborate with our People CoEs, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions that amplify our impact on Atlassian's most important asset, its people.
We are seeking a creative, results-driven program manager to help translate customer insights into impactful People Programs as our company continues to grow.
  • Program Management:
    • Lead complex projects across different People functions to deliver world class employee experiences
    • Partner with key Program stakeholders to define program scope, roadmap, success criteria, roles & responsibilities, governance and change management.
    • Proactively manage program progress, risks, decisions, dependencies, reporting and outcomes
    • Drive programs to building scalable, enterprise solutions that leverage automation and AI capabilities
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Build strong relationships with HR leaders, business partners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, manage risks and dependancies to drive program success.
    • Act as a strategic partner and work with program stakeholders and enablement teams to achieve program milestones while managing dependancies, communications and downstream impacts

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience across HR programs
  • Experience delivering multiple projects with different stakeholder groups, implementing process improvements & optimizations
  • Delivery-focused, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the prowess to explain business problems, concepts, and issues to a varied audience.
  • Prior experience in using Jira & Confluence
  • Agile / PMP Certification is highly desirable.

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $166,500 - $217,375
Zone B: $150,300 - $196,225
Zone C: $138,600 - $180,950
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
