We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead Clearwater Analytics’ Wealth client segment and oversee the Jump product—our advanced portfolio, order, and performance management solution. This role will be responsible for driving product strategy, execution, and results, managing the Jump product management team, and ensuring that our offerings deliver exceptional value to clients in the wealth management and investment space.To facilitate growth, the product manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and prospects to identify new product capability requirements. They maintain close collaboration with their development teams to ensure the successful creation and introduction of these new capabilities to the market. Furthermore, the Product Manager takes charge of testing and implementing these fresh features with clients and actively promotes future growth to a broader audience of Clearwater clients and prospects.Responsibilities:
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and performance for the Wealth client segment and Jump product suite.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Jump product management team.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to drive innovation and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client success teams to support go-to-market efforts and client adoption.
  • Track product KPIs and ensure measurable business impact from product initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with other stakeholders across various departments (e.g., trading, risk, finance) to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful product delivery.
  • Roadmap & Prioritization: Developing and managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value and customer needs, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with product development and deployment, ensuring products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicating product updates, strategies, and value proposition to internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering alignment and support for product initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of product management experience, specifically in a Fintech firm building software for the buy side.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager (Ideal but not vital) that owns all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle in a B2B enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of asset classes, financial instruments, and financial regulations is essential.
  • Familiarity with data management concepts, data modeling tools and technologies, data pipelines, and database technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, drive cross-functional alignment, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience engaging with clients, gathering requirements, and translating them into successful product solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage demands of multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment, including ability to prioritize time efficiently and handle heavy workloads while remaining attentive to detail.
Salary: $170,000-$240,000 + Bonus + RSU's
