About the Opportunity

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms.

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to define strategy for major product areas and lead initiatives with company-wide impact.

What You'll Do
  • Define long-term product vision and strategy.

  • Own complex, high-impact product portfolios.

  • Identify market opportunities and customer needs.

  • Establish product priorities and strategic roadmaps.

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations.

  • Influence company strategy through product insight.

  • Mentor senior product managers.

  • Establish product management standards and frameworks.

What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of product management experience.

  • Proven experience leading complex products or portfolios.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking.

  • Strong technical and analytical skills.

  • Excellent executive communication.

  • Ability to influence across the organization.

Nice to Have
  • AI/ML, infrastructure, or developer products.

  • High-growth technology company experience.

  • B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
