What Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to join our Exposure Management product team. This role specializes in vulnerability management and security posture assessment. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset who is excited to work on foundational technologies that reduce cyber risk for enterprise customers. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our roadmap, driving product execution, and leading cross-functional collaboration to bring impactful solutions to market.

What Will You Do?

  • Define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and vision for Exposure Management capabilities, with a core emphasis on vulnerability and posture management
  • Serve as a hands-on product leader: from concept to launch, own initiatives that enhance discovery, assessment, and prioritization of risk across assets
  • Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data science to define requirements, shape architecture decisions, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Partner with field teams to gather customer feedback, validate product direction, and support go-to-market efforts
  • Represent the Exposure Management team in customer meetings, industry events, and analyst briefings
  • Measure product success through adoption, risk reduction, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Stay ahead of market trends, emerging threats, and compliance drivers to ensure our offering remains differentiated and visionary

What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?

  • 15+ years in technology, with 8+ years of product management experience - preferably in cybersecurity or infrastructure platforms
  • Deep knowledge of vulnerability management, security configuration analysis, and exposure reduction practices
  • Proven success delivering enterprise-grade software in high-scale environments
  • Strong technical foundation with experience in vulnerability management, enterprise security, and network scanning technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics for executive stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking combined with exceptional execution skills - comfortable working in both ambiguous and fast-paced settings
  • Track record of driving customer-centric innovation and building collaborative cross-functional partnerships
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, advanced degree, or security certifications (CISSP, CISM) a plus
  • Ability to work remotely within the Eastern or Central US time zones to ensure optimal team communication and responsiveness

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.

Base Salary Range
$208,000$286,000 USD
