We have an opening for a Principal Product Manager to spearhead the strategy and execution for key product areas, leading a team of passionate engineers to deliver impactful features aligned with our ambitious vision. This vision will be actionable, grounded in insightful research, and demonstrably drive significant ROI.

Key goals/initiatives over the next 12 months will be to:

  • Strengthen Customer Retention: Identify and implement product enhancements designed to delight customers, address their needs, and reduce client attrition
  • Accelerate Customer Growth: Develop innovative solutions that deliver value, deepen customer engagement and significantly increase spend per account
  • Streamline Customer Workflows: Lead efforts to simplify and enhance customer workflows, empowering small businesses to achieve more in less time through intuitive, powerful product experiences
  • Redefine User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach to product development, crafting exceptional experiences that elevate usability, and satisfaction

What you'll do:

  • Lead a group of passionate engineers to deliver features that are aligned with our vision. This vision is actionable, backed by research, and drives clear ROI for our users and the Company
  • Use insightful research and metrics to construct and defend your ideas. You embrace feedback and thrive in an iterative environment
  • Be a strong communicator presenting your work to all audiences, including executives, and influential in approach
  • Be an advocate and a diplomat for design excellence. You understand how design impacts development and vice versa. Your designs should be feasible to implement, and you'll make sure they're developed accurately
  • Collaborate with product managers, technical leads, customers, and other stakeholders to introduce, iterate, and clarify requirements

Who You Are:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of multiple product areas
  • Proven track record of bringing B2B SaaS and SMB products to market is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product and engineering organizations and navigate complex, ambiguous challenges
  • Experience concurrently leading multiple product areas
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, agile environments
  • Strong communicator, and capable of balancing excellent design with timely delivery
  • Ability to empathize with users and champion their needs throughout the design process

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
