Location Details: United States - Remote

At GoDaddy, the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days), and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

GoDaddy is not currently considering candidates for this role in California, Seattle, or NYC.

Are you passionate about building platform products that will empower millions of entrepreneurs? Join the Global Payments team at GoDaddy to evolve our merchant payment platform which is responsible for processing more than $5B in payments and $300M in payouts to customers. 

What you'll get to do…

  • Increase payment success rates: Drive improvements key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order completion rate, auto-renewal success rates, cost per transaction, and user satisfaction.
  • Drive our payments platform roadmap: Create features from concept to launch to solve customer problems, ensuring continuous optimization while improving speed and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with engineering, marketing, compliance, and other internal teams to deliver payment solutions that serve emerging market needs and increase payment success rates.
  • Drive scalability and reliability improvements: Enhance the payments platform to handle increasing transaction volumes and ensure high reliability.
  • Monitor emerging trends and regulatory changes: Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and security enhancements to ensure compliance and leverage new opportunities.
  • Establish relationships with global leaders: Partner with payment providers, banks, and fintech companies to expand payment options and ensure seamless integration with payment processing platforms. 

Your experience should include...

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent capability for an eCommerce web services product.
  • Experience applying strong business acumen and technical vision for a product area to leverage both technical and operational capabilities to build solutions.
  • Proven track record leading medium to large complex projects in an eCommerce environment.
  • Must be proficient with product management for platform products, including web services, API design, and scalable architecture.

 You may also have…

  • Direct global payments product management experience, including processor integrations for global and regional providers and recurring payments.
  • A/B testing experience.
  • Driving AI/ML features for payment optimization.
  • Experience with other Tier 0 transactional services use cases like order management and transaction risk management.
  • Experience with stored value products, like in-store credit, pre-paid credit.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in a STEM field or equivalent applicable experience.
