Who you are
You are a highly motivated and experienced Principle Product Manager with a passion for AdTech. You possess a strategic mindset, identify opportunities, and translate them into impactful product initiatives. You excel at solving complex technical challenges, collaborating cross-functionally, and building and scaling platforms that drive business growth. What you will do
Define the MadTech Vision: Own the product strategy and roadmap for our MadTech platform to optimize investor acquisition, leveraging data, automation, and AI.
Build the Investor Acquisition Platform: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, including UI/UX, API integrations, and collaboration with data science and data engineering to develop predictive models and efficient data pipelines.
Optimize the AdTech Ecosystem: Serve as our subject matter expert on AdTech (DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, Data Activation platforms) to optimize campaigns, improve targeting, and maximize marketing spend.
Drive High-Performance Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across channels to attract and nurture investors, with a focus on audience segmentation and performance measurement.
Drive Innovation and Optimization: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization, and leverage data-driven insights.
Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Success, Agency, Data, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance) to drive product success and ensure alignment.
Leverage Data for Impact: Utilize strong analytical skills, including AB testing, to evaluate campaign performance, identify improvements, and inform data-driven decisions, with a focus on KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CVR.

What skills you need
AdTech Expertise: 6+ years of Product Management experience launching and scaling AdTech platforms, with a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, programmatic advertising, and experience with DSPs, DMPs, and CDPs.
Marketing Channel Proficiency: Significant experience across various marketing channels and a strong understanding of the buyer journey.
Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills, including AB testing, to drive product decisions.
Communication Prowess: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve complex technical problems.
Adaptability and Agility: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about product vision and roadmap.
Direct and Programmatic Advertising: Deep understanding of both direct and programmatic advertising
