Best of all, we have fun while doing it!

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced product leader to shape the future of our Experience Platform - a data-driven, AI-powered SaaS solution that delivers actionable insights to enterprise customers.

As Principal Product Manager, you’ll report directly to our Co-founder/CTO and play a pivotal role in defining the vision, strategy, and execution for our platform. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you’ll drive innovation and outcomes across data analytics, machine learning, and customer experience. You’ll influence cross-functional teams, help scale our platform, and ensure we’re building products that make a measurable difference for our customers.

What you will do:

  • Product Vision & Strategy:
  • Set a bold product vision and long-term strategy that propels the company’s growth trajectory and market leadership.
  • Translate emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights into differentiated strategies that define the future of our platform.
  • Drive prioritization of initiatives based on business impact, innovation potential, and customer value creation.

  • Product Innovation & Delivery:
  • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science) to deliver transformative, AI-powered solutions at scale.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from whiteboard to launch - ensuring clarity of requirements, measurable outcomes, and market readiness.
  • Push the boundaries of platform innovation in data ingestion, transformation, visualization, and analytics to unlock platform capabilities.

  • Customer & Market Impact:
  • Serve as the relentless advocate for the customer, embedding their voice into every strategic decision.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to shape compelling positioning and differentiation, reinforcing our leadership in consumer insights.
  • Inspire customers and internal teams through visionary demos, launches, and narratives that showcase tangible business value.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
  • Build trust and alignment across business and technical teams through influence, not authority.
  • Drive organizational clarity by setting expectations, simplifying complexity, and communicating with transparency at every stage of the product lifecycle.
  • Shape leadership decisions with a blend of persuasive storytelling and data-driven insights.

  • Analytics & Performance:
  • Define, monitor, and track KPIs that connect product performance to business outcomes and product initiatives.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to accelerate adoption, optimize value, and strengthen retention.
  • Continuously assess the frontier of AI/ML technologies to ensure our platform maintains a durable competitive edge.

What you bring to the role:

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in product management, including 5+ years building data-driven SaaS products in analytics, AI/ML, or AdTech/MarTech.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling enterprise-grade platforms with measurable business impact.
  • Strong technical acumen and familiarity with data management, analytics workflows, and machine learning applications.
  • Ability to distill complex data concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of statistics and methodologies as it relates to advertising measurement or market research is a big plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Why join us:

  • Drive Impact at Scale: Lead the evolution of a core product that shapes how the world’s most recognized brands understand and engage with their consumers.
  • Strategic Influence: Partner directly with company leadership, bringing your vision to life while steering product direction and strategy.
  • Innovate with Emerging Tech: Tackle real-world challenges using advanced AI/ML, delivering solutions that operate at scale and set new industry benchmarks.
  • Thrive in a Bold Culture: Join a team that prizes curiosity, innovation, and measurable impact—where your ideas don’t just get heard, they get built.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
