As Principal Product Manager, you’ll report directly to our Co-founder/CTO and play a pivotal role in defining the vision, strategy, and execution for our platform. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you’ll drive innovation and outcomes across data analytics, machine learning, and customer experience. - Translate customer insights and market trends into strategies that create differentiated value.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer need.
- Product Innovation & Delivery:
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, AI-powered features.
- Own requirements, specifications, and success metrics across the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of platform capabilities in data ingestion, transformation, visualization, and analytics.
- Customer & Market Impact:
- Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring feedback directly informs product enhancements.
- Work closely with go-to-market teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to position the platform as a leader in consumer insights.
- Conduct reviews, demos, and launches that clearly articulate value to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Build strong relationships across business and technical teams.
- Provide clear communication and expectation management for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency at every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Influence decision-making at the leadership level through persuasive storytelling and data-driven insights.
- Analytics & Performance:
- Define and track KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives.
- Use customer feedback and analytics to optimize features, drive adoption, and achieve business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
What you bring to the role:
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in product management, including 5+ years building data-driven SaaS products in analytics, AI/ML, or AdTech/MarTech.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling enterprise-grade platforms with measurable business impact.
- Strong technical acumen and familiarity with data management, analytics workflows, and machine learning applications.
- Ability to distill complex data concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of statistics and methodologies as it relates to advertising measurement or market research is a big plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Why join us:
- Shape a core product that influences how leading brands understand and engage with consumers.
