Lime is growing! We are on the lookout for a product leader to join our innovative Rider team: a Principal Product Manager, Core Rider Experience.

In this pivotal role, you'll join the Core Rider product team, playing a key role in enhancing and revolutionizing the customer experience through our mobile app and other customer-facing platforms. This role will be focused on the New Rider experience, including new rider growth, onboarding, first trip activation and ongoing engagement.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment, and is adept at solving immediate challenges while keeping an eye on long-term strategy. The role may require occasional travel to Lime warehouses or other locations for team meetings and product evaluations.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the development and optimization of Lime's mobile application to build an amazing rider experience that makes it easy to get started on Lime and want to keep coming back.

  • Drive continuous improvement of the rider journey, focusing on usability and satisfaction.

  • Be the voice of Riders, analyzing user feedback, customer research and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmaps.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to implement new features.

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch analysis.

  • Prioritize product backlog and development efforts to align with business goals.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success.

About you:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in product management within a big tech or startup environment.

  • Proven track record of managing and launching successful consumer-facing mobile app products. Experience leading onboarding and activation areas is a plus. Experience in mobility or transportation fields is a big plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • The role may require occasional travel to Lime warehouses or other locations for team meetings and product evaluations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in mobile app development and UX/UI design.

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.

  • Prior experience and comfort in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.

  • Previous Mobility or Transportation experience is a big plus.
