We’re hiring a Principal Product Manager- AI to lead a highly strategic new product for Xero. This is a unique role where you’ll be the “startup PM” for a small team. We’re looking for someone who’s a builder, has either founded or worked in early stage startups, is deeply customer obsessed, goes deep into user needs, has a keen eye for design, can creatively reinvent products with AI, and has a hustle “move fast” mindset. This role will start off as a senior IC role to begin with, but could grow over time.

- Set strategic direction for the new AI product

- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to incorporate into your product thinking
