We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Designer to join Josys. In this role, you will lead the design of impactful, user-centered solutions for our digital products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape the future of IT management through thoughtful and innovative design.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process, delivering storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and detailed visual specifications.

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.

  • Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across products.

  • Advocate for user experience improvements by integrating feedback and aligning with business goals.

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives, fostering a culture of design excellence within the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in product or service design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual and interaction design.

  • Proven ability to influence product strategy and execute complex design projects from concept to completion.

  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, including accessibility and inclusive design.

  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and familiarity with technical constraints across platforms.

Our Hiring Process:

  • Introductory and portfolio presentation with our head of design.

  • Short design task and/or live design session.

  • Final interview with our Senior Leadership.
