Where Your Work Moves the Needle

We're looking for an experienced, high-velocity, strategic Partner Marketing manager to own and scale Pebl's partner ecosystem marketing function.

You'll develop and execute programs that grow partner-sourced pipeline, drive co-marketing impact, and expand Pebl's ecosystem of referral, reseller, and integration partners.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role that blends strategic program ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and operational execution.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Own and scale the partner ecosystem marketing function: develop and manage a global calendar of partner-marketing activities including co-branded campaigns, demand-gen programs and live/virtual partner events to raise Pebl's brand and drive partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with Partnerships & GTM teams to identify and recruit new strategic partners (VC/PE firms, payroll/HRIS/PEO vendors, referral networks), build onboarding plans, and activate them through joint marketing programs.
  • Design and execute partner enablement and activation programs: create partner marketing toolkits (decks, one-pagers, email templates, demos), deliver partner training, and align internal field sales and partner-sales workflows (deal registration, attachment, co-sell).
  • Partner with Marketing Ops, RevOps and Sales Ops to define partner-marketing KPIs (partner-sourced leads, pipeline, bookings, event ROI, partner growth), implement tracking/attribution in CRM/PRM systems, and report outcomes to leadership.
  • Manage partner communications (partner newsletters, promo calendar, internal partner announcements), ensure visibility of partner-initiated activities on website, in marketing materials, and at events.
  • Manage the partner marketing budget, event logistics (venue, virtual platform, promotion), vendor relationships, and travel as needed for live events to ensure high-impact execution.

Let's Connect If You:

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 4 years of partner or ecosystem marketing, and demonstrated success launching/co-marketing with referral, reseller or integration partners.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding and activating new partners (ecosystem expansion) beyond working with existing partner base.
  • Track record delivering high-impact joint events and campaigns that generate measurable pipeline, brand awareness and partner engagement.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical orientation: comfortable defining and reporting KPIs, working with CRM/PRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), building dashboards, and deriving insights to optimise programs.
  • Exceptional project management and communication skills: able to coordinate across cross-functional global teams (Partnerships, Marketing, Sales, RevOps) and deliver in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Self-starter mindset: comfortable building from scratch, adapting to evolving priorities, and driving high output with impact. This is a HIGH VELOCITY role!
  • Preferred: Experience in the HRTech / global work / EOR / partnerships ecosystem; global event execution; hybrid live/virtual event platforms; partner community management in international markets.

Why Join Us

  • Be part of a high-growth company redefining how global teams work.
  • Shape the foundation of Pebl's partner marketing function and make a meaningful impact.
  • Work with a collaborative and globally distributed team.
  • Competitive compensation, equity and benefits package.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
