Main duties include:
- Leads consulting engagements, including but not limited to high-level process analysis, process and reporting recommendations, and transactional flow analysis.
- Discovers, scopes, leads, and delivers multiple implementation or service-related projects. May enlist the support of or delegate tasks to Senior Consultants, Technical Consultants, Consultants or Associate Consultants.
- Provides career path guidance and mentoring to Senior Consultants, Technical Consultants, Consultants or Associate Consultants.
- Provides sales engineering and other business development-related support, including product demonstrations, attending association meetings, and participating in user group meetings.
- Evaluates, troubleshoots, and resolves customer service requests submitted by customers to our helpdesk in either a level 2 or level 3 role.
- Participates in onsite and in-house client visits, most often in a leadership role.
- Fields inbound client communication, gathers information, and coordinates internal action as required, including providing issue summary and issue ticket creation.
- Achieves master-level competency in the relevant core product offering (Sage 100, NetSuite,
Intacct, etc.) and applicable database and reporting engines and select 3rd party projects within mutually established timeframes.
- Responsible for project and engagement profitability and scope adherence.
- Meets established billable targets.
- Aspires to and maintains the Oasis Core Purpose and Values.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Competencies Summary:
- Experience leading teams in multi-phased ERP implementation (accounting/finance, manufacturing, MRP, job cost, service, distribution, etc.) including planning, delegation, status updates, functional and technical work, process flow discovery, design and mapping, training, testing, go-live support, and project management.
- 8+ years of experience in business process analysis and solution design or related experience.
- 7+ years of experience in leading teams through multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in performing project or team coordination, including meeting scheduling and preparation.
- Experience in client communication, in person, email, or voice, with emphasis on issue resolution.
- Experience in generating scopes of work, including discovery, design, planning, and delivery to the letter of said scope.
- Experience in employee development, utilizing an existing career path framework.
