Principal/Lead UX Designer

As Relyance AI’s Principal/Lead Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of user interfaces for our Trust & Governance platform. You will work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing to create user-centered designs that are both effective and engaging. 

Your role will include:

• Leading the design of user interfaces for our Trust & Governance platform.
• Working with a team of designers and researchers to create user-centered designs.
• Conducting user research to understand the needs of our users.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Presenting designs to stakeholders and incorporating feedback.
• Collaborating with engineers to implement designs.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest UX/UI trends.

This role could be a fit for you if you bring:

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• A strong portfolio of user-centered design work.
• Experience with user research methods.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A passion for creating user-friendly and engaging interfaces.
• Experience in designing and building SaaS products.
• Startup/early-stage company experience.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with data visualization.
• Experience with AI/ML.

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $180,000 to $230,000.
