Enterprise Business Applications group is responsible to implement and support various applications and tools to support business requirements.

What You Can Expect

The Principal HRIS Business Analyst will serve as a strategic partner and subject matter expert in the design, implementation, and optimization of HR systems and processes, with deep specialization in Workday Compensation and Benefits. This role will lead cross-functional initiatives and enterprise-wide HR technology solutions, with particular emphasis on compensation and benefits program delivery, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence across all Human Resource functions.

  • Serve as the primary Workday subject matter expert for Compensation and Benefits functional areas, owning end-to-end configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all related modules.

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday Compensation modules including Advanced Compensation, Merit Planning, Bonus/Incentive Plans, Stock Plans, and Salary Structures.

  • Lead new global benefits technology related projects and initiatives.

  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), IT, Cyber Security, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

  • Drive the configuration and support of cyclical HR processes including benefits enrollment, performance reviews, compensation planning, and talent management.

  • Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Manage system upgrades, testing, and change control processes to ensure minimal disruption and maximum value.

  • Serve as a mentor and escalation point for junior analysts and HRIS team members.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and audit requirements.

Lead or contribute to enterprise-wide projects such as M&A integrations, global rollouts, and process redesigns.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal analyst role.

  • Deep expertise in Workday HCM modules and reporting tools.

  • Deep expertise in the Total Rewards domain, with a focus on Compensation and Benefits

  • Proven experience leading large-scale HRIS projects and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is a plus

Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., EIB, Studio, CCB).

  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, SOX).

  • Experience with agile methodologies and HR process automation.

  • AI/ML Exposure

  • Practical experience with Generative AI (LLMs, transformers) for Human Resources use cases

  • Experience with Benifex Global Benefits System

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

138,840 - 208,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
