In this role, you will:
  • Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence applications, network, information security, database, operating systems, or web technologies for highly complex business and technical needs across multiple groups
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Translate advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions
  • Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage to the organization
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
  • Drive a common intake process, ensuring consistent and transparent engagement across product and infrastructure teams
  • Lead quarterly planning and prioritization, aligning delivery goals with strategic business and technology outcomes
  • Facilitate pod-level goal setting, alignment, and execution, ensuring delivery accountability and performance tracking
  • Engage cross-functionally with CTO, Operations, and customer/LOB partners to support product delivery and infrastructure modernization
  • Host and support office hours to promote customer adoption, engagement, and success
  • Manage and evolve a customer-facing site for roadmaps, user guides, release planning, and communications
  • Champion hybrid cloud transformation and automation of infrastructure provisioning, aligning with modernization initiatives
  • Support customer onboarding and enablement through proactive engagement and feedback loops
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in service delivery leadership, especially within infrastructure or hybrid cloud environments
  • Strong understanding of modern infrastructure provisioning, automation frameworks, and cloud-native technologies
  • Experience in product-aligned delivery models, including Agile, DevOps, and pod-based structures
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer engagement platforms, including roadmap communication and release planning
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with enterprise planning cycles, prioritization frameworks, and intake governance
  • Ability to translate technical strategy into customer-centric delivery outcomes
  • Experience with infrastructure modernization initiatives, including hybrid cloud and automation
Job Expectations:
  • Drive objectives and goals of the service delivery function to support product teams in core infrastructure services
  • Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business priorities through structured planning and intake
  • Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction through proactive support and transparent communication
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tooling, and automation
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership, influencing direction and execution across infrastructure modernization efforts
  • Represent the organization in cross-enterprise forums, driving alignment and shared outcomes

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$159,000.00 - $305,000.00
