Job Description:
What You'll Do
Responsible for overseeing the definition of the digital experience across web/mobile platforms by leading projects through the full development life cycle that involve large cross-functional teams and external agencies. Assess opportunities in the digital space by monitoring competitive trends, understanding consumer needs and finding best practices across the financial services industry to identify innovative solutions that will support the organization's digital strategy and business goals. Actively manages risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role, escalating issues to management when appropriate.
How You'll Do It
• Manages all aspects of the digital experience, including feature definition, user experience design, information architecture and content for web and mobile platforms. Delivers a consistent and satisfying digital experience at all customer touchpoints. • Defines scope of digital initiatives and produces detailed business requirements and wireframes that will drive development, testing, deployment, and ongoing measurement.• Manages project plans and leads projects through the full lifecycle, which requires extensive cross-functional involvement, approvals and support from Technology, Operations and Law & Compliance. • Conducts baseline industry, competitive and consumer research to develop comprehensive and compelling business cases for new digital initiatives to support business goals. • Identifies and monitors key performance indicators, end user adoption and usage of key features that improve user experience and drive financial results. Effectively communicates key success metrics to leadership.• Negotiates and manages agency partnerships and consultants to develop, as well as further enhance digital strategies. Manages expense forecasting and billing of programs to ensure quality and accuracy.• In adherence with company policy, coordinates closely with Operations, Technology and Law & Compliance teams to define processes, training, communications, and controls. Defines and publishes digital standards and guidelines. • Manages search engine optimization (SEO) strategy to improve ranking for business defined keywords• Develops extensive knowledge of content management system to effectively test and optimize website and landing pages to achieve business' goals
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelors Marketing, Information Technology or related
  • 6+ years Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, UX Design or related
  • In lieu of degree must have at least 8+ years experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, UX Design or related

• Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, UX Design, or related field • 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, UX Design, or related • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics• 2+ years of experience in people management

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $91,000.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
