Datadog is looking for an experienced Principal Demand Generation Marketing Manager, Integrated Campaigns to strategize and execute full funnel campaigns globally. You will act as a thought leader to build the bridge between product, sales and marketing delivering campaigns to support key products and company initiatives. Further, you will help define the reporting, measurement, and orchestration of these programs across all marketing channels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create, optimize, and analyze end to end integrated campaigns including paid, owned and earned channels

  • Create customized experiences using various digital channels including Linkedin, Display, Facebook, and more

  • Create high converting landing page content with our product marketing and sales teams

  • Promote our awesome in-house content to relevant audiences around the world

  • Work with salespeople, field marketers and other members of the team to help Datadog grow in important sectors

  • Take a deep-dive into campaign metrics to truly assess their impact down the funnel

Who You Are: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (or related field)

  • 10+ years operating marketing lead/demand generation campaigns: webinars, advertising campaigns, ABM, etc.

  • 4-5 years running integrated campaigns: high profile campaigns across multiple channels supporting big rock initiatives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others

  • Strong understanding of PLG motions

  • Ability to analyze data and trends through BI tools and spreadsheets

  • A self-starter that thrives in a non-structured environment

  • Interested in working in a high-growth startup atmosphere

Bonus Points:

  • You have marketed to a DevOps audience before 

  • You have created integrated campaigns from scratch

  • You have experience with or a passion for the SaaS space

  • You’re a self-admitted technology nerd

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
