- Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices
- Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
- Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
As a Consultant within our Transformation team, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Establish and grow relationships with clients to help them navigate their strategic challenges and realize their goals beyond technology.
Partner with our deployment, project management, and post-production services teams before, during, and after projects to promote and drive end-to-end client success.
Identify, assess, and analyze business challenges and opportunities across complex organizations and cross-functional areas.
Provide actionable guidance to improve and/or transform client operations with Workday and related technologies.
Contribute practical knowledge and leading practice toward achieving client business transformation goals and objectives.
Support vision, requirements gathering and gap identification, process optimization, operations performance improvement, operating model, change management, and/or business analysis activities.
Support data journey, technology landscape, system strategy and selection, project and production governance, and/or data analytics activities.
Assess and escalate issues, risks, and/or conflicts to leadership and suggest resolutions across client projects and our internal initiatives.
We're looking for someone with:
3+ years of relevant experience in a professional services firm or in a related role as an individual contributor, manager, or leader within a company, agency, non-profit organization, or an independent firm or practice
Minimum of an associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
Professional background in at least one (1) of the following: Accounting, Data Management/Data Strategy, Enterprise IT Leadership/Strategy, Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Human Resources, Non-Profit Administration, Organizational Development, Talent Management & Performance, Technology Strategy, and/or Transformation Strategy
Project/program experience leading transformation initiatives/engagements in at least one of the following areas: human-centered design, process optimization, operations and performance improvement, program management, enterprise technology, and/or cloud/SaaS adoption
Critical thinking, analysis and problem-solving skills that incorporate a strong attention to detail as well as the identification of priorities and actionable paths
Excellent collaboration, negotiation, consensus-building skills to surface appropriate strategies, solutions, etc. when engaging with colleagues, clients, and subject matter experts
Excellent group facilitation and communication skills to develop relationships and lead complex working sessions, discovery and design workshops, meetings, and executive-level discussions with clients and colleagues
Strong research, writing, and presentation skills to promote innovation and excellence by delivering clear messages, concepts, and points-of-view in engagements, thought leadership, tools and materials, and other activities
Ability to work in a self-guided manner as part of a distributed team, recognize one’s own limits, and know when to seek help from others
Pay Transparency: The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $195,000 per year. The salary range reflects the target pay range for this role. However, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors when extending an offer of employment, which include, but are not limited to work experience, qualifications, skills and location. Compensation ranges may be modified in the future, at the sole discretion of CrossVue.
This role is also eligible for a performance-based incentive opportunity.

A Note on Travel: Our approach is different in that we are purposeful in scheduling on-site visits with clients around their unique needs rather than the historic Monday-Thursday travel consulting schedule. Travel for this position will be roughly 25%-30% with times up to 50%
