Your responsibilities:
- Developing primarily in C++
- Engineering of performance and availability monitoring solutions including design, development, test and complete ownership
- Analyzing and gaining an understanding of the inner workings of common frameworks through debugging, interrogation and similar
- Actively participate in our agile development process
- Work with a small development team with years of experience
- Close cooperation with local and international engineering teams
- Share knowledge and regularly mentor team members
- Seven years of experience in C++ and Java
- Strong UNIX/Linux background
- Socket programming experience
- Java and UNIX shell scripting experience
- TLS/SSL (OpenSSL) programming experience
- Experience working with tools like GDB, Valgrind, Docker or Podman, etc.
- Experience or familiarity with zOS
- Enjoy developing high performant algorithms and working with latest technologies
- Team player and eager to learn innovative technologies
- Exhibit motivation in asking questions and confidence in discussing ideas.
