BAE Systems Space & Mission Systems (SMS) IT is seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Enablement and Digital Experience Team. In this pivotal role, you will help revolutionize how our employees interact with our digital ecosystem by leveraging Nexthink and ServiceNow to synthesize real-time data, productivity metrics, and survey feedback into tangible improvements. By analyzing systemic friction points and supporting cross-functional initiatives to eliminate them, you will effectively bridge the gap between complex IT operations and a frictionless user experience. The Operations Strategic Capabilities Unit plays a fundamental role in enabling efficient business and program execution - from strategic capital investments, industrial operations and an efficient supply chain, to state-of-the-art manufacturing and test operations and top-notch facilities management.
What You'll Do:
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize feedback from surveys, listening sessions, tickets, employee sentiment, and productivity metrics to identify systemic digital friction points (e.g., access delays, tool fragmentation, conference room issues, performance bottlenecks).• Manage and optimize the DEX software stack (e.g., Nexthink and ServiceNow) to gain real-time visibility into the employee digital journey.• Develop and maintain a Digital Experience Scorecard utilizing KPIs for responsiveness, tool performance, adoption, and user satisfaction.• Align and partner with the BAE Enterprise DEXOps team to implement best-in-class initiatives and workshops.• Support Enterprise IT Operations (ServiceNow teams, M365 Collaboration teams, Enterprise Apps, etc.) and Classified IT to improve request cycles, routing, quality of closure, and transparency.• Develop and manage a communication strategy to 'close the loop' with employees, informing them of the specific improvements made based on their feedback and survey results.• Create and deliver presentations that translate technical DEX metrics into business value for SMS IT leadership.• Define and document business processes for the Digital Experience Scorecard to ensure consistent measurement and reporting across the organization.• Support AV teams to standardize conference rooms into Microsoft Teams Room builds, improving the reliability and seamlessness of the hybrid meeting experience.• Support and track SMS IT and Enterprise IT projects and initiatives to improve systemic issues such as tool performance, access provisioning, identity behaviors, onboarding, and meeting room technology.• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.• Perform other duties as necessary.
On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.

• Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
• BS/BA in a related field plus 6 or more years of related experience.• Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.• Demonstrated record of capturing and developing business requirements to support the development of technical solutions.• Advanced proficiency in data analytics and visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or ServiceNow Dashboards) to identify efficiencies and communicate trends to leadership.• Experience with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) tools such as Nexthink and ServiceNow, specifically in utilizing telemetry and metrics to drive operational improvements.• Knowledge of User Experience (UX) principles to map the employee experience and identify systemic friction points.• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority to drive systemic changes and process improvements.• Interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between technical engineers and non-technical business stakeholders.• Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Familiarity with assessment tools, survey design, and qualitative feedback collection.• General understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and the complexities of operating within Classified and Enterprise IT environments.

Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
