Principal Suite Architect – P&C Insurance Platforms Remote USA

Location: Remote – United States

Are you an experienced insurance technology architect who can turn complex business challenges into scalable, execution-ready platform solutions? Join our team and lead architecture strategy across enterprise P&C insurance platforms including Policy, Billing, Claims, and Digital ecosystems.

This role is ideal for a senior architecture leader who understands how to balance business goals, platform capabilities, delivery timelines, and long-term scalability. You will play a critical role in defining architecture standards, reducing delivery risk, and ensuring implementation teams build scalable, high-quality insurance solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

You will partner closely with business leaders, delivery teams, engineers, and platform stakeholders to design solutions that improve delivery predictability, reduce unnecessary customization, and support enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.

What You Will Do

  • Define end-to-end solution architecture across Policy, Billing, Claims, and Digital insurance platforms 
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, configuration-driven solution designs  
  • Drive architecture decisions that align with platform capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customization 
  • Lead integration architecture strategy across enterprise insurance ecosystems and third-party platforms 
  • Design API-first integration patterns that improve scalability, interoperability, and long-term maintainability 
  • Validate solution feasibility and identify delivery risks before development begins  
  • Reduce ambiguity across architecture, delivery, and business teams to improve execution quality 
  • Drive architecture governance standards and ensure alignment across implementation teams 
  • Manage cross-platform dependencies and align architecture decisions with delivery timelines and business priorities 
  • Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements 
  • Partner with engineering and cloud teams to support scalable deployment strategies across Azure and AWS environments 
  • Lead stakeholder alignment sessions across business, product, engineering, and delivery leadership teams 
  • Promote reusable architecture components and scalable implementation patterns across programs 

What You Bring

  • 10 plus years of experience in enterprise solution architecture within Property & Casualty insurance environments 
  • Strong expertise across P&C insurance domains including Policy, Billing, and Claims platforms 
  • Hands-on experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar policy administration ecosystems 
  • Strong enterprise integration architecture and API design experience 
  • Experience designing scalable cloud-based solutions across AWS and/or Azure environments 
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization, security architecture, and scalable distributed systems 
  • Experience leading architecture strategy for enterprise insurance transformation or modernization programs 
  • Ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, scalability, and delivery timelines 
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders

What Majesco Offers: 

Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency.  The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000.  Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US.  It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors.  Majesco considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
