- Leads the development and implementation of architectural frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Designs scalable, robust, and secure platform architectures.
- Evaluates and integrate emerging technologies, including AI models and Gen AI tools.
- Works with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of platform initiatives.
- Provides technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Monitors platform performance and implement optimizations.
- Ensures platform reliability, availability, and security.
- Establishes architectural governance processes and conduct regular reviews.
- Maintains comprehensive documentation of platform architecture.
- Communicates architectural decisions to stakeholders.
- Stays updated on industry trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identifies risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 7+ years applied experience
- Proven experience as a Platform Architect with a strong track record.
- Expertise in cloud platforms, microservices, and AI technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI models and frameworks.
- Ability to align architectural vision with business objectives.
- Experience in managing software vulnerabilities.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience working at code level
- Certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or similar
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
